Free Shipping
We offer free standard UK shipping on all orders over £50. For orders under £50, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
UK Delivery
UK standard delivery takes 5–7 working days from the date your order is placed. Orders are processed and dispatched from our fulfilment partner within 1–2 working days. Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery.
Please note that working days exclude weekends and UK public holidays. Orders placed on a Friday may not begin processing until the following Monday.
International Delivery
We ship worldwide. International delivery timeframes and costs vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. As a guide, European orders typically arrive within 7–10 working days and international orders outside Europe within 10–14 working days.
Please be aware that international orders may be subject to local customs duties or import taxes depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost at checkout. We recommend checking your local customs policy before ordering.
Tracking
All orders include tracking. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your delivery in real time.
