We reserve the right to withdraw or amend any product, service or content on this site without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason the site is unavailable at any time.
3. Orders and Payment
When you place an order you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud or product unavailability.
You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been placed. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order — acceptance occurs when your order is dispatched.
All prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We accept all major credit and debit cards. Payment is taken at the time of ordering.
4. Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 working days. Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs processing or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Returns and Refunds
We accept returns on unused, unopened products within 30 days of delivery. Full details of our returns process are available on our Returns page.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 working days of receiving your return.
6. Products and Descriptions
We make every effort to display product colours, textures and descriptions as accurately as possible. However we cannot guarantee that your device's display accurately reflects the true appearance of our products.
All skincare products are for external use only. If you experience any adverse reaction discontinue use immediately and consult a medical professional. Always patch test new products before full use, particularly if you have sensitive or reactive skin.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on faceaspect.com including text, images, logos, graphics and design is the property of F+A and may not be reproduced, distributed or used without our prior written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, F+A shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or purchase of our products. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the value of the order in question.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
